Payment can, depending on the case, be made:

• In cash on the day of the activity
• By bank transfer or mobile money
• Via a secure payment link (subject to availability)

Any cancellation must be notified in writing (WhatsApp or email) as soon as possible.

• More than 72 hours before the activity: free cancellation
• Between 24 and 72 hours before: cancellation fees may apply depending on the activity
• Less than 24 hours or on the day: no refund can be granted

In the event of cancellation on our part (unfavourable weather conditions, force majeure, provider unavailability), we undertake to offer you as soon as possible an alternative or a full refund.

Enjoy Essaouira acts as an intermediary between clients and local activity providers (guides, instructors, operators). We carefully select our partners, but cannot be held responsible for the acts or omissions of independent providers.

Each provider is responsible for the proper execution of their service, the safety of the equipment used and compliance with applicable regulations.

In the event of a dispute with a provider, we undertake to facilitate mediation to the best of our ability.

Enjoy Essaouira reserves the right to modify the content of an activity (itinerary, schedule, provider) for reasons beyond its control (weather, safety, availability).

• a date change
• or another suitable solution

Enjoy Essaouira cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event (natural disaster, epidemic, government decision, etc.).

Participants agree to follow the safety instructions given by guides and instructors. Enjoy Essaouira declines all liability in the event of an accident resulting from failure to comply with these instructions or from the participant's own negligence.

The participation of minors in certain activities is subject to written authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts of the city of Essaouira shall have sole jurisdiction.
